These days Third Worlders and their anti-white supporters in the West frequently share posts which decry fervently supporting Ukraine as long as one also doesn't support the Palestinian cause as fervently. Such posts were also quite frequent on the first days & weeks of the Russian invasion going so far as claiming that fervent support and empathy expressed towards Ukrainians is a sign of latent "racism" in western society. The same accusations were made when western countries accepted Ukrainian refugees with open arms, in contrast to the resistance they show to accepting ones from the Middle East & Africa.
This is yet another anti-white manipulative tactic, that sadly falls on some fertile ground in contemporary western society. That's why our enemies use it in the first place.
One cares the most about his children, siblings and parents. Then near relatives, then distant ones and so on... One is more grieved by the plight of a family member than by that of a random person from the street. Which doesn't mean that the suffering of a random person doesn't sadden us. It does of course, but not as strongly as that of a relative or a close friend.
Nation, race and civilization should be seen as layers of an extended family. By the same token, it's only natural that one supports members of his civilizational extended family more fervently than some unrelated peoples, and is more emotionally involved in their struggle. Yes, we support Ukrainians, we are deeply grieved by their losses and rejoice at their victories on the battlefield because they look like us, think like us and behave like us. Because they're one of us and part of our extended family. Whereas Arabs are not. And neither are Jews/Israelis, by the way.
For the same reason, we’re willing to accept Ukrainian refugees in Europe and help them in every possible way, while not being eager to show such hospitality for the ones from the Middle East. A person is more willing to help his family members and relatives than a stranger. Apart from the fact that Ukrainians fleeing to Europe are real refugees fleeing a genocidal war, almost entirely women and children, imbued with love towards the West and eternally grateful to the western countries that accepted them, whereas those coming from the Middle East & Africa, for the most part, are aggressive military aged men with criminal inclinations, who hate Europeans and want us dead.
We are of course saddened by the plight of Jews and Palestinians that are being killed and tortured, but it's only natural that it doesn't hit us emotionally as hard as the plight of Ukrainians. By the same token, it's perfectly understandable that Arabs, on the other hand, are more emotionally involved with the plight of their own kinsmen in Palestine than with the plight of Ukrainians. Again, following the same logic, it’s the Middle Eastern countries (especially the oil rich ones) that are supposed to accept and take care about their less lucky Middle Eastern kinsmen. However, they categorically refuse to do so, preferring to shove them off to Europe instead, and have the gall to stigmatize Europeans for not readily welcoming them.
Which however brings me to the next point. At the end of the day, Europeans do empathize with the plight of Middle Easterners too, just probably not as strongly as Middle Easterners would wish us to. A lot of Ukrainians and supporters of Ukraine do, after all, empathize with the victims of the Israel-Palestine conflict. But when did Palestinians express their support for Ukraine since the start of the invasion? NEVER. How much empathy did Palestinians express for the plight of Ukrainians? ZERO. On the contrary, the Palestinians and the supporters of their cause, for the most part, are staunchly pro-Russian and have been supporting Russia as it was committing atrocities in Ukraine. I know for a fact from personal interactions that they even had the gall to shame Ukrainians for reaching out to the world about the invasion and Russian atrocities. And some of them were even rejoicing at the fact that Russia attacked Ukraine.
So, my appeal to Ukrainians and supporters of Ukraine is don't fall for the flimsy manipulative tactics of the Third Worlders who try to shame you for taking your own side and caring about your own kind. It's only natural and normal for Europeans to be emotionally involved with Ukraine at the expense of other parts of the world. Likewise, it's natural for Arabs all over the world to be more emotionally involved with Palestinians. However unlike Arabs, who are extremely ethnocentric and are guided by the interests of their tribe solely, Europeans are universalists by nature and are guided by moral principles. Ukrainians never stigmatized Arabs for being emotive about and prioritizing the Israel-Palestine conflict. Whereas Arabs do try to stigmatize Ukrainians and other Europeans for emotionally prioritizing Russia-Ukraine war at the expense of Middle Eastern matters. Everyone needs to be aware of this hypocrisy.
Not just arabs, its common across muslim majority world - although in the more secular places, support to Ukraine exists, even among religious conservatives.
